TIFFIN, Ohio — Trilogy Health Services is preparing to break ground this spring on 30 new patio homes along Fair Lane, expanding the company’s senior living footprint adjacent to The Willows at Tiffin campus.

The development will occupy an 8.3-acre site next to the existing Willows campus at 410 Fair Lane. Expansion work is also currently underway at The Willows itself.

The patio homes will feature single-level layouts with open floor plans, full kitchens, attached garages, laundry areas, and private outdoor patio spaces. Residents will receive maintenance-free living that includes lawn care, snow removal, and housekeeping.

Planned shared amenities include walkable paths, a community clubhouse, and activities organized by an onsite Lifestyle Director. Utilities, cable, internet, and transportation services will be included in the monthly rate.

The Willows at Tiffin opened in 2019 and offers assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing services. Trilogy Health Services, based in Louisville, Kentucky, operates more than 120 senior living communities across Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and Michigan.

Mayor Lee Wilkinson welcomed the continued investment.

Additional project details are expected to be announced as construction begins.
