2. Link Requirements
If republishing online, you must:
- Link to the original story URL on tiffinohio.net
- Include all hyperlinks from our original story
- Keep our newsletter signup language and link intact
3. Editing Restrictions
You cannot edit our material, except to reflect relative changes in time, location, and editorial style.
Allowed changes only:
- Time references (e.g., "yesterday" to "last week")
- Location references (e.g., "Tiffin, Ohio" to "Tiffin" or "here")
- Minor formatting to fit your CMS
If you add your own context, updates, or reporting, it must be clearly labeled as your publication's addition and separated from our content.
4. Photos, Graphics, and Media
You cannot republish our photographs, graphics, illustrations, videos, or PDFs without specific permission.

- You may place our stories on pages with ads, but not ads specifically sold against our stories
- You cannot sell or license our material separately or syndicate it
- You cannot state or imply that donations to your organization support TiffinOhio.net's work
- You cannot use our work to populate a website designed to improve search engine rankings or solely to gain revenue from network-based advertisements
6. Individual Story Selection
You cannot republish our material wholesale or automatically. You must select stories to be republished individually.
This includes publishing or syndicating our work on platforms or apps such as Apple News, Google News, Facebook Instant Articles, etc.

7. No Paywalls
Republished content must remain free and accessible to all readers without registration requirements.

Any website our stories appear on must include a prominent and effective way to contact you.
Your contact information should be easily accessible to readers.
10. Social Media Sharing
When sharing on social platforms, please mention TiffinOhio.net and link to the original story.
