TIFFIN, Ohio — A new retail resale business has opened its doors in Downtown Tiffin, as Thrift Junktion LLC officially began operations at 191 S. Washington St.
Owned by Amber and Todd Stallard, both Tiffin natives, Thrift Junktion LLC offers new and gently used items at affordable prices. Inventory includes clothing, shoes, purses, tools, toys, collectibles, seasonal items, and other merchandise, with new items added regularly.
Amber Stallard is a graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School and brings 20 years of retail experience to the business. Todd Stallard has experience buying, trading, and selling a wide range of merchandise. The couple previously sold items through flea markets, yard sales, and online platforms before opening a year-round storefront downtown.
“Our goal is to provide new and gently used clothing and shoes at more affordable prices,” the Stallards said. “We focus on finding quality items and passing those bargains on to others. You never know what you’ll find when you stop in, and we are constantly adding new items.”
Mayor Lee Wilkinson welcomed the business to the downtown district, citing its role in strengthening the local retail mix.
“Businesses like this not only add vibrancy and variety to our retail district, they also provide residents with affordable options while bringing new energy to our growing downtown,” Wilkinson said. “We’re grateful to Amber and Todd Stallard for choosing Tiffin and investing in our community.”
