Yes. Every article is free, and so is creating an account. Optional membership through Support Us helps keep local journalism going, but you never need to pay.

A free account unlocks a personalized For You feed, favorite topics you can tune on your dashboard, Save for later, and reading history across devices. You'll also get our email newsletter and a faster sign-in next time with email, Google, Facebook, or a passkey. Reading stays free — an account just makes the site work better for you.

For You picks unread stories based on your favorite topics (on your dashboard) and what you've been reading lately. The more you read, the better it gets.

Use Save for later on any article to build a list under Saved stories. Articles you open are added to Reading history so For You can skip what you've already seen. You can clear history anytime from that page.

Creating an account subscribes you to our email newsletter. Check status on the Newsletter tab. To unsubscribe, use the link at the bottom of any TiffinOhio.net email — we can't turn it off for you from here.

Sign in with email, Google, Facebook, or a passkey from Sign in. Add or remove passkeys under Profile. To download your data or request deletion, use the privacy tools on your Profile page — we email you a verification code before either action.
