Award winners announced at 2024 Tiffin Main Street Celebration and Downtown Summit

TIFFIN, Ohio — The Tiffin-Seneca Economic Partnership (TSEP) hosted the 2024 Main Street Celebration and Downtown Summit on Thursday at the Chandelier Community Event Center.

The event featured keynote speaker Jason Duff, founder and CEO of Small Nation, and included award presentations recognizing local achievements from 2023 and 2024.

Donna Gross, Downtown Tiffin Main Street Manager, highlighted the success of Downtown Tiffin, focusing on the Main Street Approach™ and the role of new businesses and volunteers in the community’s revitalization efforts.

“The success of Downtown Tiffin is built on collaboration between volunteers, merchants, local businesses, and others who are dedicated to its growth,” said Greg Dell, chair of Downtown Development. “We are deeply grateful for everyone’s hard work.”

The 2024 Downtown Tiffin Main Street Award winners include:

  • Chris and Judy Hafley – Anne Gase Achievement Award
  • Big Mike’s – Development Award
  • Spoke Life Cycle – Entrepreneurial Award
  • MST Pub & Grub – Business Legacy Award
  • Destination Seneca County – Main Street Director Award
  • Wild Bunch Wellness Bar – Golden Broom Award

The event also honored the volunteers, building owners, and business owners who have dedicated countless hours to the revitalization of the downtown area.

Looking ahead, Downtown Tiffin will participate in the Heritage Ohio Main Street awards ceremony during the Heritage Ohio Preservation and Revitalization Conference from Oct. 15-17 in Newark, Ohio. Tiffin has been named a finalist in four categories: Spirit of Main Street Award, Young Preservationist of the Year, Best Residential Rehabilitation, and Best Main Street Committee Project Award.
